Please fill in our contact form or call us. Please also note that any order amendments will be required a minimum of 3 working days before your scheduled completion date and amendments are at the discretion of Bianca, based on what stage of production of the order is in.

Bianca bakes between the counties of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, with easy access to the M1 and M25 for collection. Collection can be made in either Watford or Luton depending on the order and date required.

We work on a collection based policy from Watford or Luton, however depending on order size and location of delivery we may be able to offer a delivery service. Please ask Bianca before placing the order.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so please do get in touch if you are unhappy with any aspect of your order.

As our products are freshly baked we do ask you to contact us within 24 hours of your collection via our contact form providing purchase and order details. We aim to answer all queries as quickly as possible, however can take a few days to respond. Any refund will be given at the discretion of Bianca's Cakes & Bakes.

We ask that you carefully check your order on collection to insure its what you asked for. Any mistakes in the quantity or products will not be able to be corrected after this point.
