Bianca is an Economist, flight attendant and baker based between Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. She has had a passion for baking since childhood, picking up her special techniques from both her grandmother and mother to make amazing cakes from scratch.

When she is not flying around the world, she loves to make fresh homemade cakes for a variety of occasions including special shapes, rainbow cakes, alcoholic cakes, brownies, tiramisu, apple pie, macarons and her speciality lava cupcakes! She can make cakes to a wide variety of taste as well including contemporary, elegant, romantic and traditional options.

Baking is a passion for her and she looks forward to receiving your requests and making your cake dreams a reality!
