How we reduce the risk to you
Keeping our customers and community-at-large as safe and healthy as possible is our first priority. Every day brings new information and we are committed to keeping you informed about any new updates that may affect your order. In the meantime, Bianca's Cakes & Bakes wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what steps we’ve taken to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.
When your cake is being prepared, we wear face masks and hair nets which are changed between orders and disinfect the work stations before we start and throughout the day. We regularly wash hands during the process of producing your cake and for added safety wear gloves as well.
To ensure your order is handled as safely as possible, no contact collection is organized limiting contact as much as possible when collecting your order. Video call inspections are happily advised where we can show you your cake up close to make sure you are happy before your collection.
